My clients get more than a birth doula when they work with me! My all-inclusive support package offers new parents unmatched continuity of care! You can depend on evidence-based information and my confidence-building support throughout your pregnancy, during your birth, AND in your initial days of recovery and life with a newborn!

Postpartum Support

My care is tailored specifically to what happens in the first critical days of postpartum recovery, beginning the day you arrive home after the birth and continuing with 3 hours of care daily for 5 consecutive days

Post-birth debriefing and processing for both parents

Day-by-day education on what is happening with your body and your baby

Evidence-based answers to your questions as they arise
